ITINERARY ONE - 9 nights/10 days
This three centre honeymoon has a little of everything and includes Cape Town, Sabi Sand Game Reserve and Victoria Falls.
| Days 1-3: |
Cape Town
You will be met on arrival at Cape Town International Airport and transferred to your first destination in the beautiful Mother City.
Car hire is optional as there is so much to see in Cape Town, including the vibrant and bustling V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, the Peninsula, Cape Point, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the Constantia vineyards to name but a few! Your accommodation will be well chosen to suit your preferences and budget and will be on a bed and breakfast basis. |
| Days 4-6: |
Sabi Sand Game Reserve
On day 4, you will be collected from your chosen accommodation and transferred to Cape Town International Airport for your domestic flight to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. On arrival at KMIA, you will be warmly greeted by a representative and transferred to your chosen accommodation in the exclusive Sabi Sand Reserve.
Accommodation within the Sabi Sand Reserve will be in a beautifully appointed and private lodge on the banks of the Sabie River with magnificent views across the reserve. Among the many facilities available are a private lounge, wooden viewing decks, a health spa, wine cellar and open air dining in a typical African boma. There are game drives, bush walks and interactive talks.
If you prefer, you can simply laze around your private pool and watch the animals as they come down to the river to drink. You will quickly adjust to the rhythm of the bush, and be hypnotized by its magic - it is both relaxing and exciting, leaving a wonderful imprint of Africa. Accommodation will be on a fully inclusive basis. |
| Day 7: |
Overnight in Johannesburg
After a final game drive, you will say farewell to the smiling staff at your lodge and transfer to KMIA for the onward flight to Johannesburg. On arrival, you will be transferred to the destination of your choice for a chance to catch up on shopping and, a little later, enjoy a romantic dinner at any of the fine local restaurants.
Time permitting, you might want to include a tour of Soweto, home to first elected President, Nelson Mandela whose house is now the Nelson Mandela Museum in the same street as Archbishop Desmond Tutu's original home in Vilakazi Street - the only street in the world that was home to two Nobel Peace Prize winners. Accommodation will be on a bed and breakfast basis. |
| Days 8-9: |
Victoria Falls
An early morning transfer will take you back to Johannesburg International Airport for your onward flight to Livingstone where you will stay in the accommodation of your choice at the Falls Resort on the edge of the spectacular Victoria Falls. |
| Day 10: |
Homeward Bound
Sadly all good things must come to an end and today you will be transferred back to Livingstone Airport for your flight to Johannesburg to connect with your international flight home. |

This two centre honeymoon is the classic combination of bush and beach.
